Dispute & Complaint Procedures
11.1 For Schools complaining about a Supplier

Contact Supplier and request remedy in writing (5 business days).

If unresolved, submit full complaint to support@myeduhub.co.za with supporting documents.

EduHub will investigate and may: mediate, request supplier remedy, suspend supplier pending outcome, or escalate to authorities.
11.2 For Suppliers disputing a School claim

Provide evidence (delivery notes, signed acceptance, photos). EduHub will facilitate exchange of evidence and seek a reasonable solution.
11.3 Timeframes

Initial acknowledgement within 48 hours. Investigation & mediation aim to resolve within 15 business days. Complex cases may take longer.
