  • Yes, all suppliers undergo a rigorous verification process. We check their business registration, tax compliance, quality certifications, and customer references before approving them on our platform.

  • EduHub offers a wide range of educational products including textbooks, stationery, laboratory equipment, sports equipment, furniture, technology solutions, uniforms, and specialized learning resources for all grade levels.

  • EduHub connects your business with schools and universities across Southern Africa. You create a profile, upload your products or services, and schools can browse, request quotes, and place orders directly through the platform.

  • Suppliers pay a monthly subscription of R300 to remain active on the platform. This fee covers listing, marketing, and access to schools across multiple cities. No hidden commissions are added unless otherwise agreed.

  • No. Our subscription runs on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime if you no longer wish to participate.

  • We require a valid business registration certificate and proof of bank account. Optional documents like B-BBEE certificates and VAT certificates can strengthen your profile but are not compulsory.

  • Schools pay you directly for products and services. EduHub does not hold or delay your funds. Your monthly subscription fee is billed separately through PayFast/EFT.

  • Yes. You can list your services for specific cities or regions only, so you receive relevant leads from schools in your target area.
