Shipping & Delivery Policy
4.1 Shipping Overview

Suppliers are responsible for shipping goods and must clearly state estimated lead times, shipping costs, and delivery terms.

Risk in goods passes according to the supplier’s terms (Suppliers must state whether they use “deliver to school” or “collection” models). If EduHub handles payments and acts as remitter only, the title & risk still generally lies with the Supplier unless parties agree otherwise.
4.2 Delays & Force Majeure

Suppliers must notify Schools promptly of delays. Supply interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control (labour disputes, transport strikes, natural disasters) will be handled according to the Supplier’s terms and the parties’ agreement.
4.3 Damaged in Transit

If goods arrive damaged, Schools should photograph and notify Supplier immediately. Supplier must arrange collection/repair/replacement per their policy and applicable law.
